Switching in four steps.
Switching IT providers is easier than most people think. Here is how it works.
In a short conversation, we find out how your IT is set up today and what you need. Free of charge and without obligation.
You receive a transparent quote with a fixed monthly price per user, device and location. One-time services for the transition are listed separately. With multi-year contracts, these costs can be reduced or waived entirely.
Once you place your order, we assess your devices, licences and contracts on site and work out the details with you in workshops. We then take over your IT while operations continue, with no interruption for your employees. If you wish, we contact your current provider directly. The transition usually takes 6 to 10 weeks from the date of your order.
You pay a fixed amount each month. Support via ticket portal and hotline with defined response times, plus regular strategy meetings. Your data stays in Switzerland.
