BeSync's IT Consulting is independent IT advisory for Swiss SMEs. We analyse your existing IT landscape, uncover risks and optimisation potential, and deliver clear, understandable decision-making foundations. The focus is on strategy, security and future readiness, rather than on selling individual products. If needed, we then support you with implementation afterwards.

BeSync's IT Consulting covers four core areas: IT Assessment (a holistic analysis of your IT landscape with concrete recommendations for action), Business Continuity Management (contingency planning, crisis resilience and backup strategy), IT Strategy & Roadmap (future planning with prioritised measures and budget planning), and Automation & AI (process optimisation with Azure AI or our Private Cloud). Each area can be booked individually or in combination.

The aim is not to fix individual problems, but to provide well-founded decision-making foundations for the further development of your IT. The two are not mutually exclusive, and many customers combine IT Consulting for strategy with the Managed Workplace for day-to-day operations.

As part of an IT Assessment, we check whether your structures still meet current requirements, identify concrete optimisation potential, and provide prioritised recommendations, without you having to rebuild everything from scratch.

IT Consulting is billed as a day rate or a project flat fee, depending on scope and topic. An IT Assessment as an entry point has a clearly defined scope and price. In addition, we offer various workshops around AI, such as the Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Workshop. For more extensive consulting mandates such as IT Strategy & Roadmap or Business Continuity Management, we prepare an individual proposal following an initial conversation.

Depending on scope and format, the workshop starts from CHF 1,500.–. A Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Workshop is a compact introduction to help you assess the benefits of Copilot for your company and identify initial use cases. BeSync provides an overview of the possibilities, clarifies the starting position, and creates the foundation for the next steps.

The Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Workshop includes the preparation of an agenda tailored to your company, as well as a half-day workshop, delivered remotely or on-site. BeSync demonstrates Copilot live within the Microsoft 365 apps, works with you to develop concrete use cases for each department, and provides a brief assessment of your technical starting position. Finally, you receive recommendations for the next steps, so that the deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot can be planned in a structured way.

The IT Assessment is a structured analysis of your entire IT landscape: we examine your Microsoft cloud infrastructure, servers and clients, security and applications for risks, gaps and optimisation potential. The result is a clear, understandable report with prioritised recommendations for action, serving as the basis for well-founded IT decisions. The assessment can be booked as a standalone project or as an entry point into a broader IT strategy.
