These purposes constitute our legitimate interest in data processing and, as far as necessary, represent the legal basis for this. If you apply for a position with us, we process the submitted data to review the application and possibly to initiate a contractual relationship with you. If no employment contract is concluded, we generally delete your data after 3 months unless you have consented to a longer retention period (e.g., for later contact). If you enter into employment with us, we will inform you separately about the respective data processing.

Payments and Accounting
If there is payment traffic between us, names/company, address, and account details are also processed by our bank and our partially external accounting. This data is retained for 10 years. The processing serves, on one hand, to fulfil legal obligations (e.g., bookkeeping, tax payments) and, on the other hand, to handle orders and other business relationships (see above).

If you contact us by phone, letter, email, social media, or in person, we process the data you provide. We process this data to respond to your concern or to stay in contact with you. The legal basis may lie in contract initiation or the processing of a contract.

IT SERVICES
Personal data or related data communicated to us by email or phone/video conference are also processed by the respective providers. The electronically stored data is also processed by our ERP provider. These data processes generally take place in Switzerland. It may happen that a service provider, including its employees, gains knowledge of personal data outside Switzerland and also outside the EU/EFTA. If data is exceptionally transmitted to countries that do not provide adequate data protection, this is done using standard data protection clauses.
