Last Friday, our team headed to the kart track in Spreitenbach. Out on the track, the same qualities that define us in everyday work were on full display: ambition, team spirit, and respect. The competition was fierce but always fair – followed by a relaxed dinner where a few of us didn't make it home until quite late. Events like this bring people together and create shared experiences. You get to know the people you work with every day from a different side. That's exactly what makes the difference – and something we're proud of.
